Reviews
Please remember that the hotel is located on steep uphill. And had another set of stairs inside. The heating was not working but the rooms very nice.
Okay first of all I book this hotel for a day and I got there on time I told them if I can check in now they said no I ask for other room if available I will pay they said no I have to leave because I have no were to sleep at that time I asked the receptionist if I will get a refund if I canceled she said yes so I did just that I canceled and still waiting for my refund I called and they said I will not get a refund it hurts because that my money and I have to look for another hotel to sleep that same day. So why tf are they not refunding my money….
The hotel lied about having air conditioning. I was sweating in my bed every night here while staying during the summer. Also if you have heavy suitcases be warned that there is about 20 steps you need to carry your suitcases up before reaching the elevator. However, the building itself is adequate and the location within the city is amazing.
Nice hotel, no breakfast, close to the metro and Wenceslas Square, does the trick as we were out all day.
This was our regular pub during our stay in Prague. Really great and friendly service.
Strange requests about our documents during check-in. For hotel staff it's not obvious if you book a room for 3 people, you would expect 3 beds, not two. Bad soundproofing. No breakfast at all. And more and more unexceptionable for 4 stars hotel things.
If I wouldn't pay 150€ for a night and it wouldn't be a 4-star hotel, I wouldn't be so disappointed and would give a better rating.
But for this money it was a disaster.
Large rooms, we have had a Junior suite and was great size, a bit of traffic noise coming but not too bad, although probably worst in the summer with the windows open.
Good size bath, with toiletries and towels provided.
Kitchen/diner/lounge area large, but kitchen not well equipped at all, had to request items from the reception. No oven or microwave.
Location good, but on a busy road, a few minutes walk from the museum and Wenceslas Square, supermarket 30 seconds walk away.
When we arrived they were painting our room. They are so professional, they gave us an upgraded huge apartmant! Best room we ever stayed in. We would love to come back! Everyone is helpful and nice! Thank you very much!
